There isn't an Internet marketing channel we aren't utilizing.

We are also big believers in old school time proven marketing and sales skills.  We ensure we have great signage, 24 hour call capture phone numbers for effective follow up, direct mail and print advertising, broker caravans, cross marketing with our other properties and having a great relationship with agents in our area via the MLS. We have a dedicated team of Buyers agents that work these leads and convert them to sales.

We are happy to tailor custom marketing plans to each client's needs. Just let us know what you need, and we'll makes sure it gets done to your specifications.
