Benito Realty Group’s purpose is to serve the servicers and owners of distressed real estate assets,  to  manage, value, market and sell those assets in the most efficient and professional way possible.  This means:

• Know and follow the Clients policies, procedures and directives.
• Providing Broker Price Opinions and Monthly Status Reports that are well prepared, well researched and submitted before they are due.
• Going the extra mile to resolve items that will hinder a closing like code violations, repairs or third party delays.
• Maintain and monitor our assets so property is shown in its best light to the buying public.
• Moving the product from assignment to closing with urgency.
• To make the job of our Asset Managers, Pre-Marketers and Closers easy and to work in a way that they find it very hard to want to work with any other local real estate agent or broker.
