HENRY BENITO, Broker-Owner
Henry has more than 11 years of experience in the real estate industry and nine years in the REO field. He opened Benito Realty Group as an exclusive REO /Pre-foreclosure sales office in 2001. Since becoming an agent in 1998, he has been a top-producing listing agent and has extensive residential repair management experience.
His company and staff has become a powerhouse in the local real estate market with millions of dollars of bank owned real estate transactions. He overseas operations and recruitment at Benito Realty Group. As a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association he attends conferences nationwide and is sought out for his expertise. His experience in the default industry has successfully made him one of the most active REO listing brokers in the South Florida Region. Prior to his Realtor career Henry served in the Navy's Nuclear Power program as a operator - staff instructor and grew up in Miami.
DAVID SHERWOOD, Pre-Marketing Supervisor
David is responsible for scheduling and quality control for our BPOs and MMR’s, ensuring that each property is priced correctly. His ultimate goal is to get the best price and a satisfied seller. He prides himself in managing the details of each listing referral and utilizing his expertise in real estate valuation and market analysis. He also tracks the Showing Feedback reports to ensure accurate MMRs. David is a professional with a BA degree in both Finance and International Business from FIU.A native Floridian,David has worked as a realtor for more than 10 years and has extensive marketing, business and Real Estate experiences.
KARLA DAVILA, Accounting Manager
Karla is responsible for all property management accounting for 100+ properties, including, but not limited to, paying vendors, HOA estoppels, property maintenance invoicing, utility bills, submitting reimbursements to banks along with submitting recons prior to closing to ensure everyone gets paid. She has a strong real estate background and immense knowledge of accounting and reporting. She understands various cost structures, related cost restrictions and budget management, which are essential to accurate, timely payments of critical payments. Karla efficiently handles account issues with Asset Managers, Closing Coordinators,Attorneys, City officials andTitle Companies. An achievement-oriented professional with a degree in Business Administration, Karla worked as the director of group sales for 12 years for Marriott. She has been with Benito Realty Group for seven years.
LOURDES BALDOMERO, REALTOR - Auction Coordinator
With more than six years of property management experience and nine years in Real Estate, Lourdes brings an extensive background in sales, project management and customer service to Benito Realty Group. Lourdes is responsible for assisting servicing companies (The Client) and/or third-party REO outsourcing firms in the liquidation of the bank’s acquired properties via open house scheduling and real estate auction. Lourdes maintains the relationship with many major auction companies and has complete knowledge of their processes and requirements. If need be, she will also coordinate the auction process with the REO outsourcing vendors, title companies and valuation vendors. Lourdes was born in Cuba and raised Miami. She is a graduate of Briarcliffe College in Miami and has a degree in Business/Accounting. She involves herself in a variety of local and national community and business organizations including NAR,CGCC and DCOC.
ROSEMARIE LAFFLER, REALTOR - Closing Manager
Rosemarie manages the closing details for your transaction from contract to closing and beyond. Once there is an accepted offer, Rosemarie keeps you up to date with transaction status and makes sure all parties abide by dates and terms set forth in the contract. She is in constant communication with attorneys, lenders, buyers and buyers’ representatives. Her job isn’t complete until there is a successful transfer of title and you receive your funds.With Rosemarie’s eight-plus years of experience in the real estate business and her do-what-ittakes- to-get-the-job-done attitude she is a vital asset to our team. In addition to her in-depth knowledge of the business, great organization and loyalty to the office, Rosemarie also has a vast knowledge of computers and excels in online networking abilities.
LUIS VIZCAINO, Field Service Supervisor
Luis’ position consists of 90% in field/driving with 10% office/computer work. He works closely with the Listing Coordinator and Closing Coordinator on all listing activity pertaining to the physical aspects of the property. Luis handles all placing of for-sale signs, lock boxes, delivery of documents, property tour scheduling and feedback on showings. His position also involves inspecting and photographing occupied and vacant homes. In addition, he coordinates “cash for keys” as well as the evictions; He acts as a liaison while representing the Seller in a professional manner. He is well liked by all and is known for his positive outlook on even the worst of situations. With an extensive history of customer service as well as his time as the Project Manager Supervisor for Mastec, Luis is self-motivated and service-oriented the perfect equation for the ultimate Field Service Supervisor.
GLENDA SINDAO, Listing Coordinator
With her exceptional attention to detail,Glenda assists in managing all the files from the generation of the listing referral through the time the property goes to marketing. She works diligently with the Pre-Marketing Supervisor to ensure that our team is able to present and list the seller's property for maximum exposure. Her day-to-day tasks include preparation of pre-listing functions, entering and updating the MLS along with various websites where the property may be featured, uploading of property photos. She also provides U.S. evening-hour support to the Pre-Marketing Department. Any task that falls between the generation of the listing lead, until the time of a sales agreement, Glenda is there to assist. Glenda has a strong background in customer service and has extensive knowledge of computers and web-enabled technologies. She proudly holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of San Carlos in Cebu, Philippines.
ESYL LOPEZ, HOA - Utility - Violations Specialist
Esyl’s main role is to determine if a property has a HOA. Once this is determined, she communicates with Asset Managers to get approval and order estoppels. She works closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure past-due payments are brought to date, which is essential for a property to close. She has a strong sales background,which gives her the muscle to handle even the toughest of HOAs. Esyl will also run informal lien searches to find city and county violations while the property is listed as well as order a Certificate of Use if necessary. She handles vacant property registrations and coordinates the opening and closing of utilities. Her attention to detail and superior customer service skills are assets for our team.
KATIA PIMENTEL, REALTOR - Buyers Specialist
As one of our top Buyer Specialists Katia focuses exclusively on matching properties to people.She continually communicates with buyers and keeps them abreast of new listings, showing homes and negotiating on their behalf. From the first showing to the mortgage loan pre-approval, home inspection, title and escrow, and anything else that may need to be addressed properly, legally or professionally in between, Katia proudly serves as the buyer or selling agent. Aside from having her Real Estate License, Katia is also a Licensed Mortgage Broker. She is highly knowledgeable and will educate Buyers on the buying process, pre-qualify them for a mortgage and help them find a home while searching other homes sold in the area, helping them determine the best price to offer.
VILMA SINCLAIR, REALTOR - Buyers Specialist
A professional realtor that works full time and dedicates 100% to customer satisfaction. On a daily basis, she assists in handling incoming Spanish-speaking buyer prospect calls and internet leads. She also shows property and prospects for new buyers on her own.Once she gets a contract accepted, she hands the transaction off to the Closing Coordinator and looks for another transaction. She is constantly searching for the next deal. Prior to her career in Real Estate,Vilma worked as a Sales Specialist in the flower industry for 15 years.
